How you spend your day with us

  • You work in the 3rd level team and support our worldwide sales regions in all technical questions related to our products in Software, Hardware, Mobile (incl. IT support)
  • You verify and analyze field problems for clear traceability for our R&D department
  • You are responsible for software-installation and roll-out support for our worldwide sales regions, partners and customers
  • You support our R&D department with software-and hardware-releases
  • You are in close contact with our R&D department regarding feedback of field problems
  • You set up and deliver technical trainings for our international sales regions
  • You feed our database with data about support activities and generate a FAQ database

What you bring in

  • You have a technical education (technical high-school, university) with specialization in software or network technology and 3 years subject-specific professional experience
  • You have good knowledge in Windows Client and Server OS, Network technology and Mobile Devices (iPhone, Android)
  • Ideally, you have experience with virtualization technology (Citrix, Remote Desktop Services, VMware), Linux-based OS, macOS and Microsoft SQL
  • You have very good English- and German-language knowledge
  • You love to solve technical problems
  • You have an analytical skillset as well as a structured an independent way of working
  • You bring in new ideas and show your doer attitude by actively implementing them

  • Your salary will be decided upon your experience and qualification. According to legal requirements we provide the information that the minimum annual gross salary for this role amounts to € 40,000 gross (38.5hrs/week).
