How you spend your day with us
- You work closely with the sales team to demonstrate products effectively during the sales process and support trials, installation and post-sales activities (onsite and remotely)
- You setup and hold product demo session with end users and resellers
- You provide technical support for NA region via virtual support tools
- You conduct webinars to educate resellers and end customers about product offerings
- You perform product testing and evaluation during pre-release cycle
- You are troubleshooting field problems and report findings to management
- You escalate and track field problems to 3rd level and R&D Department as needed
- You create product presentations and training materials
- You collect data of support activities by using our database and generate a FAQ database
- You attend trade shows as exhibitor and demonstrate products to attendees
What you bring in
- Your bachelor’s degree and/or 4-5 years related professional experience
- Your excellent communication skills with an ability to explain technical solutions to non-technical users
- Your high customer orientation, strong problem-solving skills as well as your unquestionable integrity, credibility and character
- Your good working knowledge of
- Cloud solutions and technologies
- Windows Client OS (Windows 10)
- Windows Server OS (2012-2019)
- Network technology
- macOS
- Virtualization technology (e.g. Citrix, Microsoft Remote Desktop Services, VMware)
- Application knowledge in mobile devices (iPhone, Android)
- Your strong administrative skills demonstrated by an ability to juggle multiple projects as well as your structured and independent approach of work
- Your high energy level, sense of urgency, decisiveness and ability to work well under pressure
- Willingness to travel (approx. 25%)
- Your ability as a team player to collaborate and work with a can-do-approach
