Technical Sales and Support

You are a highly motivated and skilled sales professional? You are passionate about new technologies? You love to sell technical services? You like to travel within Germany and value to work in a modern office environment located in central Berlin City West? Then we are looking for YOU!

How you spend your day with us

  • Pro-actively sell technical services (e.g. trainings, technical services, etc.) and implement these at our partners
  • Manage large-scale projects and tenders
  • Develop further technical service offers
  • Create offers, conduct contract negotiations and conclude agreements
  • After-Sales-Management in CRM (Salesforce)
  • Handling of software- and hardware problems with our ticket system
  • Prioritize, classify and document all issues in the ticket system
  • Analyze or solve problems either at the partner on-site or by remote-support
  • Collaborate closely with the sales, marketing, and order desk team

What you bring in

  • You have professional experience in technical service/support in combination with sales of technical products or services (IT, Software-solutions)
  • You are passionate about new technologies and you bring in strong selling skills (solution selling)
  • You gained first experience with ticket- and remote tools as well as in 1st and/or 2nd level support
  • You are fluent in German and have good knowledge of English language
  • You have a can-do attitude, strong communication skills and a winning spirit
  • You are willing to travel within Germany (30%)
