How you spend your day with us

  • You provide technical support for the DACH, CEE and Nordics Region via virtual support tools
  • You analyze and solve problems either at the partner/customer on-site or by remote support
  • You prioritize, classify, and document all issues in the ticket system (Zendesk and Jira)
  • You perform product testing and evaluation during pre-release cycle
  • You escalate and track field problems to 3rd level and to the Product Creation Team as needed
  • You contribute proactively to product presentations and create training materials
  • You setup and hold product demo session with end users and partners
  • You contribute proactively to projects and tenders in the pre- or post-sales phase
  • You collaborate closely with the sales, marketing, and order desk team

What you bring in

  • You have 2+ years of professional experience in technical service/support as part of a sales team (IT, Software solutions, SaaS preferred)
  • Your high customer orientation, strong problem-solving skills as well as your self-independently working styleYour good working knowledge of
    • Cloud solutions and technologies
    • Windows Client OS (Windows 10/11)
    • Windows Server OS (2012-2022)
    • Network technology
    • macOS
    • Virtualization technology (e.g., Citrix, Microsoft Remote Desktop Services, VMware)
    • Application knowledge in mobile devices (iPhone, Android)
  • You gained first experience with ticket- and remote tools (Zendesk, Jira, TeamViewer, etc.) as well as in 1st and/or 2nd level support
  • Your excellent communication skills, fluency in German and English verbally and in writing
  • You are willing to travel occasionally
  • Your ability as a team player to collaborate and work with a can-do-approach
