How you spend your day with us

  • You manage and foster existing business relations with sales partners in Scandinavia and drive Business Development activities also in Austria, CH and CEE
  • You grow sales and develop business opportunities by acquiring new accounts through direct contact and cold calls
  • You are a trusted advisor for your sales partners and end customers by
    • consulting end customers by using most modern sales methodologies
    • managing sales partners including contract negotiations and agreements
  • You introduce new products by providing product information and training to existing and new accounts
  • You communicate proactively with your partners and clients, conduct webinars as well as product and solution demos by using modern digital communication tools
  • You attend trade shows, exhibitions, congresses to effectively demonstrate products / solutions and to develop new customer leads
  • You process fast and reliable any customer inquiries and product information
  • You report and input data regularly in our CRM system
  • You provide market information and customer insights for marketing purposes and for the product creation team to support further enhancements of products and solutions
  • You provide in-depth analysis of sales performance, target-oriented follow-up and achievement of sales targets

What you bring in

  • Your degree level with 3 years sales experience or A-level with 4-5 years sales experience (subscription software experience would be an advantage)
  • Your sales experience preferably in IT, Telecommunication or Electronic sector
  • Your strong interest in new technologies and technological solutions / services
  • Your excellent selling and negotiation skills and techniques as well as strong verbal and written communication and intercultural skills
  • Your professional grasp of German and English language
  • Your high customer and service focus with a results and goal-driven, winning attitude
  • Your strong work ethic, ability to adapt to rapidly-changing environments and an ability to prioritize effectively and with strong problem-solving skills
  • Your willingness to travel min. 30% (driving license required)
  • A team player with a high degree of initiative, collaborating cross-functionally and with a can-do approach

  • An attractive compensation package including base pay, bonus and company car; the salary will be decided upon your experience and qualification. According to legal requirements we provide the information that the minimum annual gross base pay for this role amounts to € 45,000.- (38.5hrs/week).
