How you spend your day with us

  • You manage and control defined sales and business development activities in NA to achieve sales targets and develop new business opportunities for our subscription solutions
  • You focus on outbound prospecting (cold calling, emailing, social media) to generate a sales pipeline of qualified prospects for the account executive
  • You successfully manage leads (until the meeting is booked)
  • You build strong relationships with customers identifying their needs and qualifying their interests and viability to drive sales
  • You present solution information to customers, and you are the first point of contact to help with questions raised
  • You collaborate closely with Account Executive (e.g., quality of meetings, feedback loop, data tracking in SF) as well as cross-functionally with e.g., Marketing, Support, Product Development

What you bring in

  • Your 3+ years of successful SDR experience in Software and SaaS business, first experience as SDR team lead is beneficial
  • Your customer first mindset to ensure long-term success of our recurring revenue business
  • Your excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as strong presentation and organization skills
  • Your proficient use of CRM tools (Salesforce is an advantage)
  • A strong work ethic, ability to adapt to rapidly changing environments and a result- and goal-driven, winning attitude
  • A team player with a high degree of initiative, collaborating cross-functionally and with a can-do approach
