How you spend your day with us

  • You take ownership for all marketing activities related to the global and regional marketing strategy to achieve growth in our Sales Region (DACH, Scandinavia, and CEE markets)
  • You execute marketing tactics to generate new leads, lead nurturing, customer retention and upselling
  • You develop content, PR, thought leadership and reference marketing material
  • You design and implement social media and digital marketing campaigns
  • You support and advise our sales partners with all marketing activities
  • You design and deliver regional product launches, webinars, virtual and traditional event/trade shows
  • You work closely with the regional sales team for lead management and handling of customer requests
  • You collaborate closely with the central marketing team and the regional marketing managers in the other sales regions

What you bring in

  • Your degree level (focus on marketing) and 2-3 years of experience in an operative marketing position in an B2B environment (subscription software experience would be an advantage)
  • Your experience in marketing of technical products – especially cloud and software solutions
  • Your good knowledge in the area of digital marketing and lead generation
  • Your creativity, brand affinity and a good sense for trends
  • Your excellent writing, presentation and communication skills as well as your professional grasp of German and English language
  • Salesforce and Pardot experience advantageous
  • Your willingness to travel up to 20%
  • Your high customer focus, your analytical and entrepreneurial approach as well as your ability to adapt to rapidly-changing environments
  • A team player with a high degree of initiative, collaborating cross-functionally and with a can-do approach

  • An attractive salary which will be decided upon your experience and qualification. According to legal requirements we provide the information that the minimum annual gross salary for this role amounts to € 41,000.- (38.5hrs/week).
