How you spend your day with us


  • You manage defined sales and business development activities in the UK to achieve sales targets and develop new business opportunities
  • You develop and implement the BDM plan for the UK to support Hybrid Sales strategy to develop software growth in UK region
  • You build a strong sales pipeline by qualifying leads including Cloud Trials, Email Enquiries, Tradeshow Leads and Selected Outbound cold calls to strategic accounts and customers and convert them into qualified sales opportunities for our Reseller and Partner Channels
  • You provide remote product and solution demos, information and updates to the marketplace
  • You articulate the Philips Speech Processing Solution portfolio, values and capabilities to prospects through phone and e-mail communication

What you bring in

  • Your 2 to 3 years related professional experience (subscription software experience would be an advantage)
  • Your experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM
  • Your proven inside sales experience with a track records of over-achieving quota
  • Your excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong listening and presentation as well as negotiation skills
  • Your high customer and service focus with the ability to multi-task, prioritize effectively and with strong problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to travel (approx. 25%)
  • Your strong work ethic, ability to adapt to rapidly changing environments and a results and goal-driven, winning attitude
  • A team player with a high degree of initiative, collaborating cross-functionally and with a can-do approach
