How you spend your day with us

  • You develop and implement the overall hybrid sales strategy for our Sales Region APAC
  • You coach, motivate and manage your team of 3 direct reports (located in Sydney and Sunshine Coast)
  • You lead the sales organization to ensure the effective fulfillment of objectives and provide the flexibility to move swiftly in response to market opportunities
  • You identify new business opportunities to ensure the growth of our Sales Region APAC
  • You manage and define key sales accounts to achieve planned volume and contribution target
  • You ensure that we comply with legal requirements
  • You collaborate closely with the Product Development and Marketing Team in our Headquarter Vienna as well as with sales managers of other sales regions

What you bring along

  • Your 5 years of related sales experience (B2B focus and especially cloud and SaaS products of advantage)
  • Your minimum 2 years of experience in managing, motivating and developing a team through a well balanced mix of direct involvement in the business and a sense of empowerment
  • Your proven experience in managing a portfolio of accounts and working to sales/profit targets
  • Your high affinity to technology (electronic-/IT-sector)
  • Your excellent know-how of sales tools (Salesforce or similar CRM) as well as sales methodologies
  • Your strong social and people management skills with hands-on mentality
  • Your strong customer focus and commercial instinct as well as your distinctly strategic, analytical and entrepreneurial approach
  • Your excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong listening and presentation as well as negotiation skills
  • Your willingness to travel (max 20%)
  • Your work permit for Australia
