How you spend your day with us

  • You lead the commercial growth by acquiring new clients and by establishing long-term commercial partnerships with key prospects
  • You improve our offering by continuously adapting the value proposition to the market
  • You lead the sales process from lead qualification to close including onboarding phase and upselling with the goal to achieve high customer satisfaction
  • You successfully convert the leads from our 3rd party lead generation experts and marketing and work actively in additional lead generation
  • You lead the RFP / RFQs from a commercial perspective together with our technical teams
  • You act as a sparring partner and closely collaborate cross functionally with e.g., Marketing, Support, Product Development

What you bring in

  • Your 5+ years of professional sales experience with at least 3 years hunter experience in Software and SaaS business, experience in legal tech is a plus
  • Your profound knowledge of SaaS, GDPR and contractual topics
  • Your excellent presentation skills
  • Your customer first mindset to ensure long-term success of our recurring revenue business
  • Your passion for travel (up to 20%)
  • Your professional grasp of German and English language
  • Your proficient use of CRM tools

  • An attractive compensation package including base pay and overtime lump sum, bonus and company car plus 5 days off additionally. Your package will be decided together with you upon your experience and qualification. (According to legal requirements we provide the information that the minimum annual gross salary for this role amounts to EUR 55,000. -- for 38.5hrs/week)
