How you spend your day with us

  • You lead the commercial growth by acquiring new clients and by establishing long-term commercial partnerships with key prospects
  • You improve our offering by continuously adapting the value proposition to the market
  • You lead the sales process from lead qualification to close including onboarding phase and upselling with the goal to achieve high customer satisfaction
  • You successfully convert the leads from our 3rd party lead generation experts and marketing and work actively in additional lead generation
  • You lead the RFP / RFQs from a commercial perspective together with our technical teams
  • You act as a sparring partner and closely collaborate cross functionally with e.g., Marketing, Support, Product Development

What you bring in

  • Your 5+ years of professional sales experience with at least 3 years hunter experience in Software and SaaS business, experience in legal tech is a plus
  • Your customer first mindset to ensure long-term success of our recurring revenue business
  • Your excellent presentation as well as verbal and written communication skills, strong organization and negotiating skills (including contractual topics)
  • Your passion for travel (up to 30%)
  • Your proficient use of CRM tools (Salesforce is an advantage)
  • A strong work ethic, ability to adapt to rapidly changing environments and a results- and goal-driven, winning attitude
  • A team player with a high degree of initiative, collaborating cross-functionally and with a can-do approach
